I am the Lead Coach for Be1Make1 where I train leaders to pursue 100% of who God created them to be. As a certified strength and conditioning coach, I have spent much of my professional career training student-athletes, CrossFit competitors, and fitness enthusiasts. I also teach leadership courses as an adjunct instructor at Tennessee Tech University where I also serve as the FCA Character Coach for the football team. In my athletic career, I competed as a football player at Ohio University where I earned a master’s degree in Coaching. I live in Cookeville, TN with my wife, Nicole and our two daughters. It is my life purpose to help you live yours!

To speak your purpose you have to believe your life has purpose. No one is exactly like you and when you believe you have purpose you will begin to live with puropse.

The first component of your purpose statement is your identity in Jesus. By letting the gospel be the foundational truth by which you live you can form an identity from love not for love.

We all have a past. And it includes highs and lows. For some the lows are really low. Having the ability to process your past in light of God's story for you will help you discover the purpose for which you were made.

You have been gifted with certain people in your life that you are called to live with, serve well, and show up for. Seeing your life in light of them will help you discover your purpose.

You were crafted carefully, uniquely, and personally by God with certain gifts, talents, and abilities. When we discern our design we are able to live in step with our purpose in life.

Coming out of your divine design, you are given certain assignments within the Kingdom of God. Having clarity on these assignments will empower you to walk in your purpose daily.
