In order to access the path we were made for, we must learn to let go. However, we will need to count the cost. We have learned that the first step to Jesus is to start over. We can’t just add one more good thing to our lives. We must take a new path. Then we must trade up - choosing the right path that leads to the true God. These two steps put us in position to take the path of following, but we will need to let go of something in our lives to walk this path. We need to empty ourselves.
