THE PROCESS

This process focuses on these key principles:

  • First, we RECENTER our lives on the principles of the gospel of Jesus.  We learn to tell our faith story and connect to what God has done in our lives.
  • Second, we ALIGN our lives to the mission of Jesus.  Making disciples must  become personal to you.
  • Third, we DISCOVER our purpose within the mission of Jesus.  We create a personal mission statement that aligns with Jesus’ mission and our own giftedness.
  • Finally, we IDENTIFY the six key disciplines that fuel disciple making so we can share the message of Jesus.  We learn how to practice these SKILLS  so Jesus can use our lives in His mission.

The value of this 6 week training is $475. The upfront cost has been graciously covered by individuals who have been trained, believe in the value, and have paid it forward for the next leader to be trained. We ask each participant to fully engage the process and, if it brings value to you, invest in the next leader by paying it forward.

If the leader isn’t on mission, the group they lead won’t be either. You, as the leader, are the model of the mission your people see, the vision caster, and the primary equipper to help them be on mission.
