The culture we build must have the foundation of hope if it is going to align with the mission of Jesus. Hope saturated every move Jesus made and every interaction He was in. Hope does not mean we ignore difficult things or pretend everything is ok. Hope means we have an unshakable resolve and trust in the character, power, and will of the One we serve.
